Beijing INCOM Recycle Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003. In 2012, INCOM successfully developed the first IoT intelligent recycling machine in China, and built an intelligent management platform to control the source and flow of recycled materials. In 2015, a joint venture was set up by INCOM and TOMRA GROUP, a Norwegian company that is a global leader in sorting and collection solutions, with approximately 82,000 reverse vending machines (RVMs) in more than 60 markets. In 2017, INCOM obtained the investment from Sino-Ocean Group.

INCOM is the “Urban Mineral” demonstration base in Beijing and China at large, and a leading enterprise in the national recycling transformation pilot demonstration park. As an advocate for sustainable use of renewable resources, provider of system solutions in the renewable resource utilization industry, and key industry practitioner in the renewable resource utilization industry, INCOM focuses on three strategic businesses, i.e. design, building and operation of the deposit system for disposable standard package recycling, construction and operation of food-grade recycling plants, and propagation of the BOTTLOOP sustainable lifestyle.
